Dr. Tony Randall Coaching & Consulting, based in Prince George’s County, Maryland, is dedicated to empowering individuals, leaders, and teams through personalized coaching programs and workshops. As a Co‑Active trained executive coach with over 20 years of experience, I draw on my academic journey—earning a Bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College, a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts—to help clients transform aspirations into actionable results. I have a deep passion for inspiring and empowering leaders as they navigate the complexities of both their personal and professional lives, believing that effective relationship management with oneself and others is the cornerstone of success.
